The Barceló Colón Miramar is located nearly at the beach in Salinas Ecuador, 144 kilometers from Guayaquil city and the airport (about 2 hours drive). This hotel is one of the few first class hotels with an all-inclusive program that exist at the coast of Ecuador. Its variety of event rooms also makes it a popular spot for groups, conventions and conferences. It is an ideal location for families, fishing enthusiasts, water sports and relaxing.

The hotel has 95 rooms (68 double rooms, 10 apartments, 3 Junior Suites & 14 Master Suites). Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower, shampoo dispenser, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, cable TV, minibar, radio alarm clock, telephone. The rooms to the ocean front have a balcony.

There are 2 restaurants, one buffet restaurant which is included in the all-inclusive package, a Sushi-Bar and also a BBQ area (not included). The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a solarium, a Spa area with Sauna, Turkish bath and massages. They have 4 event rooms with a capacity for up to 200 people.
