Hotels Description:

Casa A. Le Noyer is located in “La Floresta”, a beautiful and traditional area which used to be the most elegant neighborhood in Quito; now it is surrounded by modern buildings but it has kept its essence of the old beautiful residential area with old trees everywhere and astonishing mansions. For reaching the hotel it is about a 20 minutes ride from the airport. The house where Casa A. Le Noyer is located in used to be the home of a traditional family about seventy years ago. After a carefully restoration process that took two and a half years it was converted into a hotel where details have been the flagship of it.

Hotels Accommodation:

The hotel has 10 rooms which have been individually designed and decorated to include all modern amenities such as telephones, cable TV, a safe and a fire alert system with sprinklers. The bathrooms have telephones, 220 V and 110 V plug sockets, bathtubs with showers, bathrobes and hairdryers. The rooms are arranged as the following:

Front garden view:
Three lovely republican style rooms with high ceilings and wooden floor. These ones were the first built.

Back garden view:
These three rooms enjoy a serene atmosphere since their balconies look at a manicured garden where resident birds come during the whole day and present their guests a real life-music concert.

Upper level rooms:
On this level the bigger and newer rooms are located. They were built around a beautiful marble and iron stairs way that ends in a luxury chandelier from past times.

Facilities & Services

Breakfast is served in the garden, light evening snacks are also available. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but 36 of Quito's best restaurants are situated nearby, 20 of them in walking distance. Some restaurants even offer a delivery service if you do not wish to leave the hotel.

Unlimited wireless internet at no extra cost is available in the entire hotel, both in the rooms and the gardens.

There is a tennis court close to the hotel and two 18-hole golf courses are situated just 30 minutes away.
