Chirije Ecolodge Beach Resort

Chirije Ecolodge Beach Resort

Chirije Ecolodge Hotels Description

Chirije EcolodgeLocation:

Chirije Ecolodge is a small resort located on a secluded beach atop an ancient archaeological site. Bahia de Caraquez is the nearest town to the resort, located 15km North of the site. On the coast of Ecuador, Chirije lies just 90 km south of the Equator line.

The only way to access this piece of ancient paradise is to drive with us on the beach. Come and enjoy this unique and authentic experience! Bahia de Caraquez was declared an ecocity in 1999, for its many actions towards being a model of urban sustainability for the coast of Ecuador.

Chirije Ecolodge Hotel Facilities

Romantic bamboo cabins await you for a genuine Eco-cultural experience on a secluded Ecuadorian beach amidst a pre-Inca archaeological site. 5 cozy, solar powered, comfortable and picturesque bungalows for 6 passengers each, offer spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding forests.

On the water's edge we have 3 larger cabins, for reading, briefings, hammocks and restaurant with local cuisine delights like the Biche, (which is a healthy peanut soup with seafood) or the famous Ceviche (South American citric seafood cocktail). Savor these delicious regional specialties with a provincial flair from our oceanfront restaurant.
