The Hotel Crespo was built in 1860 from a rich family from Cuenca and was opened as a hotel in 1942 when the people of Cuenca claimed for a place to serve the visitors of this beautiful city. It is the oldest hotel in Cuenca. This colonial hotel has 39 rooms on 5 floors.

The hotel is situated directly at the river Tomebamba, just about 10 minutes walking distance from the Parc Calderon where the two Cathedrales are situated.

Accommodation:

All the rooms are original: None is the same. Each one is completely carpeted, equipped with private bathroom, mini bar, heating, AM - FM Radio, color televisions with cable TV with 50 channels in 5 languages, as well as international and national direct line telephone. Last but not least, they all boast wonderful views over the Tomebamba river.
