Hotels Description:

The Hotel Inca Real is situated in the colonial center of Cuenca. This is a traditional colonial manor, which was built in the 19th century and later turned into a hotel.

The way the bedrooms were build around the patios with flower gardens, and the vegetable gardens located in the back of the house, is a style with a Mediterranean influence but the materials are from Ecuador. In 1991 this house was carefully re-stored, following the Borough regulations to preserve intact the original style of the houses in the downtown area before Cuenca was declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

This hotel maintains its doors open with hospitality to all the visitors who want to find out the humanity, the poetry, and the taste of the deepest charming of the incomparable city of Cuenca.

Accommodation:

Inca Real Hotel´s priority has been to preserve its original architectural design and this is why all the rooms vary in size and location. It has 25 tastefully appointed rooms with private bathroom, TV, telephone. The rooms are small and simple; some only have windows to the hallway. The hotel has 3 patios; in the first one you find the suites. On the second patio there are 9 rooms, 3 downstairs and 5 upstairs. The third patio has 12 rooms; these are the smaller rooms but they are demanded by the guests due to its peaceful and quiet environment.

Junior Suite:
These are comfortable and cozy rooms with a fridge, cable TV and are located on the second floor on the first patio.

Family Suite:
A comfortable room with a queen size bed and two twin beds. It has a small living room, a fridge and cable TV. This suite is located on the second floor, first patio.

Facilities & Services:

Breakfast is served in the hotel’s patio and it is a complete meal which includes:

Natural juices
Seasonal fruits
A variety of bread
Fresh cheese, butter
Homemade jams and marmalade
Pancakes with maple syrup
Any type of eggs for example with bacon, ham or vegetables

Conference Rooms
There are 2 conference rooms, one with a capacity of 100 people and a smaller room for meetings of about 15 people.
