At 9 AM we pick you up from your hotel in Quito. You start your tour visiting the famous city of Otavalo, where you will do some shopping at the biggest Indian market of Latin America. Then you will visit the leather market of Cotacachi and the beautiful volcanic lake Cuicocha. Once you get hungry you will have lunch at a typical restaurant of Atuntaqui. After this delicious lunch you will arrive to Hacienda La Banda, where you will get your rooms and have a walk around the hacienda. Day 03: Pisangacho – Churuloma

Day 04: Polylepis Andean Forest - Yanacocha Lake
Today you will continue the path towards Yanacocha. During the trip you will pass and admire a big Polylepis Andean forest. You will enjoy from a natural tea (great for altitude sickness) and then camp in order to prepare for the next day. B/L/D

Day 05: Piñán community and lake
On this day you will reach the destination, Piñán. Here you will visit the community and enjoy from the magnificent scenery of this lake, which is one of the largest, most beautiful, and still pretty unknown to the Ecuadorians.
